✓ Conscious Connected Breathwork: Exploring the subconscious through activation release and integration of past

✓ Yin Yoga: practice focusing on grounding and restoration.

✓ Sound Healing: Alternating between gong baths and alchemy singing bowls for deep relaxation and nervous system regulation

✓ Heart Opening Cacao Ceremony (opening ceremony): Opening the heart body channel enabling you to receive for the week ahead.

✓ Morning affirmation practice: Led by Susie with using the teaching of Mastin Kipp, to set your nervous system and your emotional body.

✓ New moon Stone Ceremony & Outdoor Gong Bath: Connect with nature in an ancient stone circle during this unique sound healing experience, calling in the energy of the new moon.

✓ Frequency Reiki/Healing: Susie & Junior are both energy workers and will be offering individual and group sessions

✓Transformative Shadow Workshop: Deep diving into self, the past all our unwanted habits and behaviours to be integrated to access and unlock personal freedom

✓ Shamanic Fire Ceremony (closing): Ritual to release all that no longer serves and offering it up to Father Sky to be transformed and transmuted.

Susie Smith - Intuitve Breathwork

Susie's is an intuitive and clairaudient, her path has weaved its way through a deep and transformative education in Conscious Breathwork, Shamanic Teachings, Trauma Recovery and Emotional Healing. Her prominent modalites are Breathwork and Nervous System regulation. It ranks as one of the main elements in Trauma Recovery, being an integral tool in any level of self-exploration and development work.

Susie regularly embraces and encourages joy through laughter, knowledge, and love for all the modalities she teaches. Susie has worked somatically with the body, the emotions and the nervous system for over 10 years.

Susie is also a practicing shaman having sat for 4 years on the Shamanic Medicine Wheel gaining the earth rites, healing practices and wisdom accessing the ancestral and spirit worlds, bringing it all together to work closely and in tune with all of Susie work. Running various retreats and events through the UK and aboard. Susie is also attuned and trained in Energy Frequency healing, Reiki and Past Life Regression, as well as running her own Breathwork Training School for deep transformation through shadow work of self and conscious breathwork. She is a guide, a teacher and a way shower.

Junior Valentine - Spirted Breathwork/Healing Arts

A proud South London native, Junior brings a rich background in performance to his dynamic and soulful approach to holistic wellness. His yoga journey began alongside his performing career, but it wasn’t until 2013 that he fully embraced the practice that lead to teaher training, immersing himself in the transformative power of yoga and spiritual healing.

Since then, Junior has explored the profound connection between mind, body, and soul through a diverse range of holistic therapies. His journey of personal transformation has led him to train in multiple modalities, including Yoga, Qi Gong, Usui and Angelic Reiki, Sound and Gong Therapy, Massage, Shamanism, Tarot, Psychic Studies, and most recently, Conscious Connected Breathwork with Susie Smith.

Passionate about continual growth, Junior remains committed to expanding his knowledge and skills to better serve others. This summer, he will launch his own Sound Healing Training, designed to share the powerful vibrations of the gong and the alchemy of sound as a tool for transformation and rebirth. His mission is simple yet profound: to guide others on a journey of healing, feeling, and awakening through the sacred arts.
