Ride Classes

No spin class is ever the same with fresh playlists keeping your heart rate high and your mind immersed in song. Expect electrifying energy, pumping music and a seriously good cardio based workout all set in a dark space lit by atmospheric coloured lights with a highly experienced Instructor setting the pace. Ride 45 | Ride Rise & Shine

Start that day off the ride way, This high-energy spin class will keep your heart rate high, from hills to sprints, climbs, runs, and amazing tunes to keep you motivated and ready to take on the day. This class will lift your energy and leave you on a high.

Ride 45 | Spin & Slay 

Level: Open
suitable for all 

This ride allows you to let loose and will catapult you to those tropical summer vibes, this feel-good ride will have you working up a serious sweat as you get ready to conquer fast flats, steady hills, sprints, and interval training.  Party your way through a 45-minute class to electrifying afro beats, Bashment and Soca, and much more, the music leads the way.

Ride 45 | Spin & Surge

Saddle up & Clip in, for this Energizing hypnotic ride. This high-energy ride will take you to a new level of cadence and endurance, challenges with a little bit of something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges Electrifying music to motivate and inspire You!  and will leave you wanting more at the end of class. This class is for all levels.

Ride 45 | The Classic Ride

Our ‘anything goes’ Classics ride covers all bases, endurance, cadence, power, strength intervals, and high-intensity spin work, whilst riding to amazing tunes to keep you stepping into your endurance, this ride has something for everyone!

Ride 45 | The Weekend Ride 

Level: Open
suitable for all 

Put your work away! The weekend rides are just for you! Our rhythm ride includes cardio intervals, high-intensity interval-style spinning, a cardiovascular workout, incorporating hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging exercises set to the beat of the music, Experience a ride that will inspire and empower you!  with killer playlists, taking what you need from our classes this is your ride! -All fitness levels are welcome.
